Tips for a Great Visit
-
A typical visit is 1-3 hours. Give yourself plenty of time to explore!
-
Our exhibits are designed for children birth to age 11.
-
All children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver, age 18+. Parents/caregivers are responsible for child supervision at all times and child drop-offs are not permitted. Lack of adequate supervision may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
-
You can leave and come back the same day without being required to pay admission twice. Just let staff know you plan to return.
-
Cubbies are available to store items while playing. Otter Cove is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
-
Strollers can be parked in the Stroller Parking area or can be brought into the gallery.
-
Coffee and water are allowed, but please make sure beverages are in sealed containers.
-
Feel free to pack a lunch or snack to enjoy onsite! All food needs to be consumed in the Celebration Center. Please note: Otter Cove is a peanut-free facility.
-
A Comfort Room is available for nursing, but you are welcome to nurse wherever you feel comfortable.
-
Street parking is available in front of the museum. Parking is also available behind the museum.
-
Please model positive behaviors and treat other visitors with kindness and respect.
